Questions people ask

Is there really no seat minimum?: Yes. One seat is one seat. ProjectManager.com's Team plan stops at ten users and pushes you to Business at about $28 each; Planmoor Pro is $9 for as many people as you like.
Do clients need a licence?: No. Clients get a portal link, calendar invites and signing requests by email. They never need an account and they never cost you anything.
What counts as a seat?: Anyone who signs in to edit: project managers, team members, admins. Viewers inside your workspace are seats too, because they can see everything. Clients are not seats.
What does the switching offer include?: Import your MS Project, Excel or CSV plans, and if you are coming off a paid tool we credit your first three months of Agency. Send us your last invoice and we take it from there.
Is the AI metered?: No. Planning, drafting status reports and meeting agendas are included on every paid plan. Free gets the planner for its three projects.
Can I pay monthly?: Yes, $12 for Pro and $25 for Agency. Annual billing is what's shown and saves about a quarter.
